Welcome to STOCKTON FLATS. We rent (let) flats (apartments) and family houses in the North-East of England, United Kingdom. We are based in Stockton-on-Tees TS18 1HE. If you need accommodation on Teesside (Middlesbrough, Thornaby, Saltburn, and other towns) - whether it's a flat or a house - we are the largest and (we think) best providers. |

What we offer
|

We provide accommodation to cover all price ranges and customer requirements, from family houses, through newly-converted one and two bed executive apartments to straightforward studio flats. Prices range from about £45 per week to £350 per calendar month. |
|
|
We can tailor a package to meet your needs. Our normal minimum term is 13 weeks with 5 weeks' notice of vacation being required, but shorter terms are possible by arrangement. We can also offer fully secured tenancies. |
|
|
Most of our lettings are on a furnished basis, that is with all standard furniture but without TV/video, washing/machine, sheets/blankets, kitchen utensils. Again we can provide a different package with more or less facilities to suit your requirements. Try us! |
