About Us

Let2 has been a family business since it started in 1973, and we now look after family houses and apartments across the North-East of England and Blackpool. We are registered with SafeAgent, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), we are founder members of PLuSS – and we work closely with all regulatory agencies. So you can be confident that with Let2 you will get the best service.

Friendly & focused, personable & professional – that’s the Let2 way…

Deborah

enquiry@let2.com
Tel: 01642 614651

If you step into our office, or ring us, the first person you are likely to speak to is Deborah, who manages our flats in central Stockton (among her other responsibilities). Always ready with a smile and keen to help, she will ensure you get the perfect property and will sort out the paperwork for you in a jiffy.

Adam

adam@let2.com
Tel: 07973 194947

As manager for our properties in Hartlepool, County Durham, Sunderland and Gateshead, Adam is our most experienced executive, having been with us since 1984. No one knows more about property maintenance and how to fix those day-to-day defects in a way that really solves the problem without incurring unnecessary expense. Popular with tenants and owners alike, Adam is always out and about, inspecting a property, securing a let or visiting a tenant. Fortunately, like all our managers, he is easily reached by mobile phone.

Val

val@let2.com
Tel: 07966 251712

Val is manager for our properties in Darlington, Middlesbrough and East Cleveland. Val is the newest member of our team but brings a wealth of experience to the role. Her commitment to her property portfolio, and the needs of owners and tenants, is second to none. Always willing to go the extra mile, she expects the same level of commitment from tenants; she will set out your obligations clearly and expect you to meet them! Always available to talk to owners, but since Val runs everything so well, most people find there’s rarely any need…

Michelle

michelle@let2.com
Tel: 07703 744667

Michelle looks after our house lettings in Stockton-on-Tees and also runs the maintenance operation for our flats in Stockton. Michelle joined us in 2004 and rapidly learned the raft of skills needed in this job, combining understanding about physical aspects of property, technical knowledge about tenancy law and about the operation of Housing Benefit rules and practices, not forgetting the human skills of identifying and retaining the best tenants. Michelle is always highly-organised, friendly and helpful and perhaps this is why she so successfully retains her tenants and owners.

Philip

phil@let2.com
Tel: 07783 506256

Philip lives in Lytham St Anne’s and has been responsible for our properties in Blackpool since 2005. Complete dedication and a close understanding both of physical property matters and of the local marketplace mean that if you are in Blackpool, renting from Let2 is surely the best choice. Philip can help you every step of the way and ensure that you get the best property for your needs. He’ll be your friend as well as your property manager, but of course you will have to respect the property and the terms of your tenancy.

Glenn & Maurice

Decoration, Testing

Maurice and Glenn are our in-house repair, testing and maintenance team. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem with your property that needs fixing, they might well be along to fix your spigot, ease your keep, or paint your architraves. And always with a smile.
